Export Fried Garlic - China's Dominance in Global Supply

China is the undisputed global supply core for fried garlic granules, accounting for over 70% of the global market share. The country’s cumulative export volume of fire garlic granules reached 123,300 tons from January to June 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of 8.12%. This dominant position is rooted in China’s unique natural advantages and advanced processing technology.

The core production areas are concentrated in Jinxiang and Laiwu in Shandong Province, renowned as the “Hometowns of Chinese Garlic,” where sandy soil and a temperate monsoon climate produce garlic with high allicin content and low fiber. All raw materials are made from 100% non-GMO garlic, manually screened to remove impurities and retain only plump garlic cloves.
